Pregnancy Yoga FAQ
1)When can I start pregnancy yoga ?
Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12-40 weeks. It can sometimes be started before 12 weeks if you have been practicing yoga on a consistent basis.
2) I've never done yoga before is this ok ?
Yes a lot of women start pregnancy yoga that have never done yoga before. The class is fully guided and tailored for beginners.
3) What will we cover in the class ?
The class is designed to keep you flexible and toned during your pregnancy, with a focus on breathing techniques to help calm the body & mind and to help you build strength and stamina in preparation for labour.
4) What do I need to bring /wear ?
Please bring a yoga mat, although we do have some mats for loan. We also sell yoga mats for €25 if required. Please bring water to drink and wear something lose and comfortable that you can move and stretch in .
Pregnancy Yoga Booking Terms & Conditions : Please note all pregnancy Yoga classes and courses once booked are only refundable once a course has not begun ie by contacting us and cancelling prior to the course start date .If a course has started unfortunately as it will be too late to offer your place to someone else all classes at this stage are non refundable and all missed classes will be at your own expense .
