New To Yoga and unsure what class to try?


Welcome to Yoga Sanctuary, we will help you to grow your yoga practice, prefering clients to take it at their own pace, but we will always inspire you to move deeper. Please find a list of class suggestions below for those that are new to yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water to classes. We have mats & drinks if you need to rent or buy.


  • Monday 10am: Flow  -  Mixed ability

  • Monday 6pm: Slow Flow - Level 1

  • Monday 8:30pm: Restore - Gentle / Beginner

  • Tuesday 8:15pm: Kundalini - Mixed ability

  • Wednesday 10am: Flow - Mixed ability

  • Wednesday 8:15pm: Yin - Mixed ability

  • Thursday 6pm: Pilates - Mixed Ability

  • Friday 6:30pm: Heat Flow - Mixed Ability

  • Saturday 8:45am: Gentle Hatha - Gentle / Beginner

  • Sunday 10am: Gentle Hatha - Gentle / Beginner


If you are interested in our ”Intro Offer” and you are new to yoga. We recommend the above classes before trying the other classes on the timetable to make sure you become familiar with the poses, teaching styles and/or heat before taking on more advanced classes.
