  • Yoga Sanctuary's 300hour Yoga Teacher Training is an in-depth, detailed and exciting course for teachers who have already completed their 200 hour yoga teacher training and so bringing you up to 500 hours. This exciting course will be taught by experienced local and international teachers. The training has a maximum of 15 students to ensure the best possible training experience.

 

  • Our team of highly experienced teachers, including Yoga Sanctuary founder Erica Tracey, have worked closely to ensure a varied and inspirational course, helping you to to deepen your knowledge and develop an extensive set of skills and insights to bring into your teaching. Expect to achieve a greater understanding of anatomy, allignment, sequencing, student safety, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, chanting and much more. Expect to transform your own personal practice and gain the confidence to take your passion of yoga and transform it into a professional and sustainable career.

  • Certified by the worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 500 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS)

  • Empowering and transformational journey to reawaken the wisdom of our womb space through a variety of ceremonies, workshops, healing experiences and receiving the RITE OF THE WOMB - the 13th Rite of the Munay Ki (rites that heal your luminous energy field which have been passed down from high shamans of the Americas and the Andes).

4.INTEGRATING SACRED SOUND WITH ANNE MALONE 

 

We will explore and experience the art of sacred sound healing and the vital tools for creating a vibrant and clear space for healing. In the various workshops, we’ll refine and deepen our capacity to play various instruments, the meaning of their application and placement. You will further reconnect with your voice through vocal toning, aural tuning and mantra singing. We’ll learn the art of choreographing sound baths and space clearing with sound.

With the introduction of each new instrument, vocal technique and skill, we will focus on experiencing the sound and its effect upon the body and environment, followed by demonstrations with a focus on technique. Working in small groups, we will practice and explore creating these sacred vibrations.

  • Become familiar with sound healing and its application in personal practice and group yoga/meditation practices

  • Explore various instruments used in sound healing and practice using them in personal and group yoga/meditation sessions

  • Learn how to best use your voice in when speaking, chanting mantra and singing to have the best vibrational impact for guiding and healing

How to Apply

  1. Fill out and return the Application Form.

  2. You will be notified within 14 days if your application is successful. If you have less than two years consistent yoga practice you will be invited to attend a drop-in class with one of our trainers. 

  3. Once you are accepted you need to confirm your attendance on the course with a €500 deposit and notify us of your fee payment plan.

  4. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive your ‘Acceptance Letter’ which includes details of the course such as times, schedule and the book list.

  5. We will see you on the first day of Training!
